Technical Program Lead

About the role

The Technical Program Lead will oversee the technical orchestration of a major client program, partnering with an international energy retailer during their operational transformation. This role involves managing the migration's technical pillar, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of the Kraken platform. You will lead internal development teams and external partners to deliver technology solutions that align with client needs and the Kraken roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with client executives and technology stakeholders
• Serving as the escalation point for client concerns and managing technical challenges
• Defining success criteria and governance for the program's technical pillar
• Owning the Kraken platform localisation plan to meet client expectations
• Directing internal software developers and external partners on platform deliverables
• Setting up training programs to upskill the client's technical team
