About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive the growth of our enterprise business in the DACH region by acquiring new customers such as dioceses and church associations. You will manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, developing tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of large church organizations. This role offers significant creative freedom and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing international tech company.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise customers in the DACH region through outbound activities and inbound lead management.
- Manage complex sales cycles independently, including prospecting, needs analysis, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop tailored solutions that create real value for large church organizations.
- Navigate complex stakeholder structures, including leadership levels, departments, and committees.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, create reliable forecasts, and take responsibility for sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry conferences, and with high-ranking decision-makers.

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally as an Account Executive with a focus on enterprise customers in a SaaS environment
