Finance Process & Systems Lead

About the role

The Finance Process & Systems Lead will build the systems and process backbone of the finance function at trawa. This role involves designing the system landscape, leading the ERP rollout, and automating core finance processes to support the company's growth in the energy market. You will work cross-functionally to turn AI and automation into reliable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own trawa's Finance technology stack end to end, including architecture, vendor selection, and integrations.
• Redesign core Finance processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report with a focus on scalability and automation.
• Lead the Finance side of the ERP rollout and define the automation roadmap.
• Own Finance master data and the Finance layer of the data warehouse, establishing governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Tech, Data, and Business Operations to translate complex energy market data into Finance-grade structures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Finance Processes, or FinOps in a fast-growing scale-up
