About the role

As an operational buyer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of Kijimea products by managing the entire procurement process from demand planning to order management and invoice verification. You will actively optimize procurement processes, negotiate terms with suppliers, and collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Quality, and Product Management to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational procurement activities for multiple products
• Handle demand planning, order management, and invoice verification
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Coordinate supply chains in collaboration with internal teams
• Drive process improvements and participate in projects related to product launches, IT tool optimization, and digitalization
