Team Lead operativer Einkauf / Procurement

About the role

Kijimea is seeking a Team Lead for operational procurement to manage the purchasing team and optimize the global supply chain. The role involves ensuring product availability across various channels, managing relationships with contract manufacturers, and driving process improvements to support the company's growth as a leading DTC probiotic brand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational procurement and disposition with contract manufacturers.
• Manage the flow of goods across central warehouses, regional warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
• Provide disciplinary leadership and personnel management for the procurement team.
• Analyze sales and demand data to optimize ordering activities.
• Ensure effective supply chain operations across all countries and sales channels.
• Optimize supply chain processes regarding availability, lead times, safety stocks, and inventory reduction.
• Collaborate with product management and e-commerce teams on product launches.
