Supply Chain Planner

About the role

As a Supply Planner at HelloFresh, you will manage a portfolio of European suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are delivered on time. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Menu Planning, and Procurement to optimize the supply chain, reduce food waste, and improve operational reliability. This is a 6-month fixed-term position with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers, Production, and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance by tracking KPIs such as OTIFIQ, error rates, and adherence to standards.
• Support weekly operational planning by validating forecasts, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen supply chain efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure ingredient availability for upcoming menus and promotional volumes.
