Senior Manager of AI Practice

About the role

The Senior Manager of AI Practice will lead a team of mentors to ensure the successful delivery of the Claude Corps fellowship program. You will be responsible for managing mentor performance, overseeing instructional quality for hundreds of fellows, and building scalable delivery systems. This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate field observations into curriculum improvements and maintain high standards as the program grows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of mentors, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining quality standards.
• Run the team's operating cadence, including weekly syncs and 1:1s.
• Own the delivery outcome for a portfolio of fellows, ensuring instructional effectiveness.
• Set the agenda for instructional time and decide when to lead sessions personally versus delegating to mentors.
• Replace manual, hand-run processes with scalable delivery systems.
• Partner with strategic partners and provide structured feedback to the curriculum team to drive improvements.

Qualifications
