Senior Technical Programme Manager

About the role

The Money domain at DoorDash is responsible for the financial products and infrastructure enabling transactions across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead engineering-wide initiatives to deliver scalable financial capabilities, including payment processing, invoicing, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to turn strategy into executable technical programs and drive alignment across complex organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Money Domain's strategic programs by partnering with engineering, product, and operations leadership.
• Lead complex cross-organization execution, establishing clear ownership, milestones, and alignment across teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of financial system architecture, data flows, and operational systems to guide technical design and trade-offs.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear strategies, execution paths, and actionable plans.
• Connect engineering execution to business outcomes by understanding merchant, partner, and economic impacts.

Qualifications
