About the role

Docker is seeking a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements within their Professional Services team. You will be responsible for translating technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements, managing the end-to-end lifecycle, and building repeatable service offerings from the ground up. This role requires a builder and operator who can thrive in ambiguity and work effectively across technical sales, architecture, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle from scoping through delivery and retrospectives.
  • Manage customer engagements including planning, governance, risk management, and milestone tracking.
  • Review technical assumptions in scopes and Statements of Work with solution architects to ensure delivery feasibility.
  • Own customer readiness, acceptance criteria, and transitions to support teams.
  • Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets like playbooks, templates, and reference architectures.
  • Build program management infrastructure including intake frameworks, capacity planning, and delivery dashboards.
  • Define and report on delivery KPIs such as utilization, engagement margin, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
