Senior Customer Technical Program Manager - AI Datacenter

About the role

The Senior Customer Technical Program Manager will lead technical programs for strategic partners, including cloud service providers and hyperscalers, to deliver AI infrastructure at scale. This role bridges engineering, operations, and customer engagement to ensure successful product lifecycles from design through production deployment. The position requires driving cross-functional alignment and serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities

• Define program schedules, deliverables, and key milestones aligned with customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for program kick-offs, technical reviews, and status updates.
• Manage program execution from early design through production deployment and post-deployment support.
• Monitor factory production schedules, yields, and operational blockers with manufacturing partners.
• Communicate program health, risks, and issues to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
