About the role

Wayve is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to build and scale the technical program management function within their Data organization. You will partner with leadership to align priorities, manage complex dependencies across data and ML pipelines, and coach a high-impact team to deliver meaningful outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical depth in large-scale data infrastructure and strong cross-functional leadership to drive data quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support a high-impact TPM team to develop skills and improve delivery standards.
  • Act as a delivery partner to Data and Engineering leadership to align priorities and hold teams accountable.
  • Manage dependencies and risks across data, ML, engineering, and external suppliers.
  • Use KPIs and operational reviews to identify bottlenecks and steer data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the Data organization in company-level reviews to communicate progress and business impact.
  • Build and scale the TPM function, including hiring and establishing operational governance.
