Solutions Architecture Lead

About the role

The Solutions Architecture Lead acts as a senior individual contributor guiding customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects. This role involves supporting pre-sales activities, defining solution architecture and migration strategies, and leading customer onboarding and project delivery. The position serves as a senior strategic and technical voice for customers, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and actionable technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects from pre-sales to go-live.
• Define overall solution architecture and migration strategies for new prospects.
• Own planning, estimation, and risk assessment for bidding and contracting.
• Lead customer onboarding and migration processes.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while communicating status and delivering results.
• Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
