HR Tech Business Analyst — Automation & AI

About the role

The HR Tech & AI Automation Analyst will bridge the gap between HR and technology by translating business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions. You will work across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle to identify process improvements and implement technical requirements using HRIS, automation platforms, and AI tools. This role reports to the Head of Digital Transformation and involves collaborating with global teams to drive HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process and technology gap analyses to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and build AI and automation workflows using technologies such as n8n, UiPath, Python, and GenAI.
• Deploy and maintain Claude-based applications and AI-powered internal tools with appropriate governance and security.
• Drive HR Tech initiatives from requirements engineering through to implementation and go-live.
• Apply a product mindset to develop and improve Jira-based HR service desks and AI-enabled employee experiences.

Qualifications
