HR Tech Business Analyst — Automation & AI

About the role

The HR Tech & AI Automation Analyst acts as a bridge between HR and technology, translating business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions. You will work across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle to identify process improvements and implement functional and technical requirements. This role involves designing and building AI-powered tools and HRIS improvements to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process and technology gap analyses and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Claude-based applications and AI-powered internal tools with appropriate governance and security.
• Design and build AI and automation workflows using technologies such as n8n, UiPath, Python, and GenAI/LLMs.
• Drive HR Tech initiatives end to end, from requirements engineering through implementation and go-live.
• Apply a product mindset to HR technology, including managing Jira-based service desks and AI-enabled employee experiences.
