About the role

Leverage Live Local is seeking a Head of Operations to manage and scale the operating system for property tax exemptions under the Florida Live Local Act. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of over 90 properties and 30,000 units, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory deadlines and maintaining high operational standards. The successful candidate will own the operational rhythm, team accountability, and data integrity to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage all exemption applications to ensure they are submitted correctly and on time
• Track decisions by statutory deadlines within the system of record
• Oversee the denial and appeals process to ensure all deadlines are met
• Lead the annual recertification and compliance cadence
• Manage the operations team, focusing on SLAs, data hygiene, and accountability
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for the team, software, and clients
