About the role

As an intern in the Operations Management team, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily business of energy renovation projects. You will act as a key support for various departments, including sales, customer service, and project coordination, while contributing to the development of smarter internal systems. This role offers the opportunity to participate in real projects and gain insight into the operational processes of a company driving the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Manage telephone inquiries as the first point of contact
• Work with internal systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis
• Assist with ongoing projects and operational tasks
• Maintain communication with customers, partner companies, and colleagues
• Contribute ideas to improve and optimize internal processes
