Partner Manager – Public Sector DACH

About the role

SoSafe is seeking a motivated Partner Manager to drive growth across the DACH public sector. The role involves acquiring and developing partnerships with resellers, system integrators, and consultancies that serve government and education institutions. You will navigate complex public procurement processes and manage existing relationships to maximize joint pipeline conversion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new partnerships with resellers, system integrators, and consultancies with established access to public sector accounts across DACH.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations and maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful partnerships.
• Navigate and support partners through public procurement processes to maximize joint pipeline conversion.
• Continuously monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize results.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with potential partners, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with public sector procurement requirements.
• Manage existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing communication and effective collaboration to drive growth and value for both parties.
• Stay up to date with public sector industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development with a focus on the DACH public sector
• Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships with public-sector-facing resellers, SIs, or consultancies
• Familiarity with public procurement processes and frameworks in Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland
