About the role

The Vice President of Technology & AI Value Creation leads technology value creation workstreams for investors, portfolio companies, and management teams. This role involves assessing business models and technology strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability through digital transformation and AI initiatives. You will develop actionable roadmaps, manage project teams, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology value creation workstreams from assessment through implementation.
• Translate business challenges into pragmatic technology priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Develop actionable roadmaps including initiatives, timelines, KPIs, and performance management.
• Explore and implement enterprise AI platforms and agentic AI opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to communicate clear business implications.
• Manage project teams, coordinate specialists, and support business development and pitches.
