About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and public sector clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between military/regulatory requirements and modern IT solutions, developing resilient strategies and architectures. You will lead workshops, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the quality of complex digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on secure digitalization and transformation projects.
• Analyze complex technical and organizational challenges to develop robust solutions and target architectures.
• Translate military operational requirements into concrete digital solutions and technological architectures.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes.
• Manage projects from strategic conception through implementation to ensure client value.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders to align technical and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate with internal experts in development, architecture, and delivery to ensure high-quality results.
• Monitor technological and security policy developments to provide relevant impulses for the client portfolio.
