About the role

As a Senior Consultant for digital administration projects in the Migration & Interior department, you will advise public sector clients on complex digitalization initiatives. You will analyze organizational and technical requirements, develop target concepts, and guide solutions from initial planning through to successful implementation. Your role involves bridging the gap between administrative needs and technological possibilities while managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Advise public sector clients on IT and digitalization projects with a focus on migration, interior affairs, and internal security.
• Analyze complex professional and process-related issues to develop target images and concrete recommendations.
• Design and moderate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into digital solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Accompany the implementation of concepts from analysis and requirements gathering through to testing and go-live.
