About the role

As a Senior Consultant for digital administration projects, you will advise public sector clients on complex digitalization initiatives within the fields of migration, interior affairs, and internal security. You will analyze organizational processes, develop target concepts, and bridge the gap between administrative requirements and technological solutions. Your role involves guiding projects from initial analysis through to successful implementation while managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Advise public sector clients on IT and digitalization projects with a focus on migration, interior affairs, and internal security.
• Analyze complex organizational and process-related issues to develop actionable recommendations and target concepts.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats to manage stakeholder expectations and change processes.
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary project and development teams.
• Oversee the implementation of concepts from requirements gathering and testing through to go-live.
