About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and public sector clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between military requirements and modern IT solutions, developing resilient strategies and architectures. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to translate complex technical challenges into concrete operational benefits for your clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on the development and implementation of high-security digitalization projects.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and technological challenges to develop robust solutions and target architectures.
• Translate military capabilities and operational requirements into concrete digital solutions.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes.
• Manage projects from strategic conception through to implementation while ensuring customer value.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders to align professional, technological, and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate with experts in development, architecture, and delivery to ensure high-quality results.
• Monitor technological and security policy developments to provide relevant insights for clients and the service portfolio.
