Sr. Forward Deployed AI Engineer

About the role

You will independently lead complex AI deployments, owning the full engagement lifecycle from technical discovery to production deployment. You will architect multi-agent solutions, design personalized resource packs, and build deployment kits to scale operations for solutions consultants and partners. This role involves mentoring junior engineers, driving intelligence loops, and presenting field findings to shape the company's AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end including scoping, architecting, building, and validating.
• Own the AI workshop program, customize modules per customer, and lead technical sessions.
• Architect multi-agent solutions by selecting coordination patterns based on workflow and compliance requirements.
• Design client-specific and industry-specific MCP resource packs to provide personalized intelligence.
• Own deployment kit quality and ensure documentation is accessible for non-engineering staff.
• Lead solutions enablement sprints to transfer deployment patterns to partners through training and certification.
• Drive the intelligence loop by authoring strategic memos, contributing to agent bricks, and filing platform RFCs.
• Mentor junior engineers on customer engagements, code reviews, and deployment kit quality.

Qualifications
