Co-Founder / CTO / Lead Developer

About the role

BIMraum GmbH is seeking a Co-Founder and CTO/Lead Developer to lead the technical development of their AI-based construction process automation solution, proxino. You will be responsible for the MVP, enhancing user experience based on customer feedback, and training AI modules. In the medium term, you will build and lead a technical team to scale the product.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of the proxino AI-based solution in collaboration with the founder
• Develop features and user experiences based on direct customer feedback
• Train and improve AI modules with a focus on knowledge systems and LLMs
• Manage the MVP codebase with a focus on stability, performance, and security
• Build and lead a dynamic tech team to scale the solution
