Senior AI Product Engineer

About the role

You will identify high-impact AI opportunities and build them from start to finish to bring them to real users. You will work across product squads to turn unaddressed topics into products and serve as a technical sparring partner for product managers on AI-related topics. This role requires a senior approach to work, focusing on independent project execution and supporting teams with AI feasibility, model selection, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities in legal workflows and validate them through discussions and rapid prototyping
• Develop and deploy AI solutions including routing, chaining, summarization, and agent-based loops
• Hand off mature features to product squads with full documentation and evaluation plans
• Advise teams on AI feasibility, costs, model selection, and technical risks
• Support the design of evaluations, golden datasets, and guardrails for AI features
• Review product concepts for prompt injection and compliance risks
• Advance AI best practices including prompt engineering standards and LLM observability
