Customer Success Internship

About the role

bunch is seeking a motivated intern to join their Customer Success team and contribute to the growth of their private markets infrastructure platform. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fund and investment operations while supporting business-critical processes and customer projects. The intern will work closely with experienced entrepreneurs and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful improvements and ensure high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the customer experience of users
• Review and check customer data in collaboration with the operations team
• Support account managers and own investor communications on specific accounts
• Identify and take ownership of projects to improve company and Customer Success processes
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to bring projects from idea to implementation
