Founding Software Engineer

About the role

Odin is building investment infrastructure for private markets, acting as a full-stack platform for launching and running investment firms. As a founding engineer, you will own significant parts of the product, shape engineering workflows, and leverage AI to build robust, regulated financial systems. You will work on complex challenges involving capital movement, compliance, and multi-jurisdictional infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own significant parts of the product and ship features directly impacting customers
• Set engineering standards through high-quality code, reviews, and problem-solving
• Redesign engineering workflows to integrate AI effectively
• Make architectural decisions for non-trivial production systems
• Collaborate on system design and solve real-world engineering problems
