Security & Compliance Engineer

About the role

You will own Linro's security and compliance program end to end, building it from scratch in a multi-cloud environment. You will identify gaps, automate compliance processes, and ensure the company remains audit-ready for frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001. This role involves working closely with the product team to integrate compliance checks directly into the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Take SOC2, ISO 27001 and 42001 from a blank page to audit-ready.
• Run gap analysis, document controls and policies, gather and map evidence, and track remediation.
• Automate compliance by building checks and guardrails for multi-cloud infrastructure managed as Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Own compliance evidence end to end, keeping it current, mapped, and audit-ready.
• Support security operations including monitoring, alert triage, and documenting findings.
• Test the product by ensuring compliance checks run on the same engine sold to customers.
