Senior Engineer, iOS - Instant Rips

About the role

The Instant Rips iOS team is responsible for the live-break commerce experience on the Fanatics Live mobile product. You will build and maintain high-traffic features including live auctions, chat, and marketplace transactions using a modern SwiftUI and TCA-based stack. This role focuses on delivering reliable, high-performance features for millions of collectors in real time.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production iOS features across the live-break experience including auctions, stream viewing, chat, and marketplace tools.
• Own features end-to-end from API contracts and TCA reducers to SwiftUI views, testing, and release.
• Write genuine test coverage including unit tests with mock dependencies and TestStore assertions.
• Review pull requests to surface real defects and coach team members on code quality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions regarding modularization, effect management, and failure handling.
• Mentor engineers earlier in their career to raise the quality bar across the team.
