IT System Administrator

About the role

Buena is looking for a System Administrator to manage and develop their IT infrastructure as the company scales. You will be responsible for ensuring secure and efficient IT operations, from onboarding new employees to managing hardware and network standards across locations. You will report to the Head of Product and play a key role in shaping the company's IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth IT operations in the Berlin office.
• Integrate IT systems for newly acquired property management companies in collaboration with external partners.
• Manage Google Workspace including users, groups, permissions, and security settings.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and hardware management.
• Manage devices via NinjaOne and Apple Business Manager.
• Maintain the office UniFi network and provide on-site technical support.
• Standardize and document IT processes.
