About the role
Buena is looking for an IT System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure in Berlin. The role involves managing Google Workspace, onboarding and offboarding employees, and overseeing hardware and network standards across office locations. You will work closely with an external IT partner to maintain and document IT processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace including users, groups, permissions, and security settings
- Provision and deprovision employee accounts and hardware
- Manage devices using NinjaOne and Apple Business Manager
- Maintain and support the office UniFi network
- Standardize and document IT operational procedures
