Wildschytz UG is a leading nature experience provider in Germany offering activities ranging from foraging tours to corporate events. We are seeking a full-time Managing Director to drive our scaling efforts toward 10 million Euro in revenue. The role involves leading our back-office team and network of guides while expanding into new markets and business segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 12-person back-office team and over 300 guides
• Drive market expansion and organize company events
• Develop and scale new business fields
• Manage financial reporting, P&L, and accounting
• Oversee growth strategies across tourism and e-commerce sectors
