About the role
You will lead the development and continuous improvement of the CALMzone mobile app, turning user insights and data into intuitive, accessible experiences. You will work across product, design, research, data, and technology teams to shape the app and contribute to the wider digital ecosystem. This role requires proven experience in mobile app product management, specifically launching or running apps on iOS and Android.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the mobile product strategy and manage the app through all stages of the lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and prioritise product backlogs to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Define user stories with acceptance criteria and guide development teams through delivery.
- Act as a UX lead to map and optimise mobile user journeys.
- Generate user insights through research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and report progress.
