About the role

The Laboratory Manager will act as a key link between management and technical teams to ensure smooth operational performance. This role involves managing staff, overseeing patient care, maintaining quality standards, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals. You will also actively participate in laboratory activities, including performing blood draws.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory teams and coordinate with HR and biologists
• Oversee daily operations, patient care, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, including orders and metrology
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and prescribers
• Perform blood collection procedures as part of site activity

Qualifications

• State Diploma in Nursing or Laboratory Technician
• Certificate of blood collection
• Valid AFGSU 2 certification
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
