Head of ClinOps Data Management RWD/RWE

About the role

The Head of ClinOps Data Management will lead the Clinical Ops team in transforming medical documents into structured data for clinical research cohorts. This role focuses on managing production workflows, optimizing capacity, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with Product, AI, and Engineering teams. The objective is to significantly scale production capacity while maintaining high data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Clinical Ops team by setting clear priorities and organizing daily activities.
• Anticipate workload and manage production capacity to minimize bottlenecks and handle volume variations.
• Build monitoring tools to track patient volumes, processing capacity, error rates, and team workload.
• Orchestrate a continuous improvement roadmap to increase processing capacity.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical deliverables.
• Ensure the quality of patient cohorts and contribute to the preparation of data exports for research projects.
