Sales Development Lead

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a Sales Development Lead to manage and scale our growing SDR team. You will be responsible for shaping our pipeline generation strategy, refining outbound processes, and coaching team members to drive top-of-funnel excellence. This role requires a player-coach who can thrive in a high-velocity environment while partnering with sales leadership to meet ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of SDRs with plans for continued headcount growth
• Establish and refine scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff
• Build onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks that set your team up for long-term success
• Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and performance metrics
• Use data and tooling to continuously optimise strategy, outreach quality, and conversion rates
• Support go-to-market experimentation as we expand across customer segments and global markets
• Foster a team culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
