About the role

The project manager will coordinate the business-side deployment of national and FEADER aid schemes within the SAFRAN management tool and its associated ecosystem. This role involves acting as a product manager officer to define objectives, organize activities, and support change management for the Rural Development and Fisheries Directorate. The position also includes co-animating the network of regional SAFRAN referents and ensuring effective project reporting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business-side requirements gathering for the SAFRAN tool and associated systems.
• Co-pilot the deployment roadmap for aid schemes in collaboration with the operations department.
• Animate the network of national aid referents and track instrumentation, testing, and production phases.
• Co-animate the regional SAFRAN referent network and coordinate training sessions.
• Monitor tool developments and share updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to sector meetings and maintain project activity tracking tools to ensure deadlines are met.
