About the role

This role involves coordinating the SAP DRC and e-invoicing workstream within a large-scale international SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact to align business, tax, finance, procurement, and IT teams, managing dependencies and driving the workstream toward successful delivery. The focus is on project coordination and stakeholder management rather than hands-on configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the SAP DRC / e-invoicing workstream across multiple Business and IT teams.
  • Drive alignment between Finance, Tax, SD, MM, Procure-to-Pay / purchasing and payment processes and the relevant technical teams.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, priorities, risks and open topics across the e-invoicing activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, functional SAP teams and technical IT teams.
  • Support planning, coordination and execution of the e-invoicing implementation within the broader S/4HANA transformation.
  • Ensure transparency around progress, dependencies, decisions and potential delivery risks.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and working sessions across distributed international teams.
  • Support backlog, action and delivery tracking and ensure that agreed next steps are followed through.

Qualifications

  • Experience with e-invoicing implementations
