About the role

The Bilanzbuchhalter will manage the accounting for various companies within the fund and real estate sector, including GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG structures. This role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB standards, as well as conducting financial reporting and analysis. The position requires close collaboration with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing accounting for multiple companies in the fund and real estate sector
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Perform independent balance sheet assessments and financial reporting
• Create earnings forecasts, projections, and plan-vs-actual analyses
• Coordinate with auditors, business partners, and internal contacts regarding accounting inquiries
