Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own self-serve growth for Reception.ai, our conversational agents product designed for small and medium-sized businesses. You will scale primary growth channels including paid digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, SEO, and viral launches to help SMBs automate customer interactions. As a data-driven team member, you will analyze acquisition channels and user behavior to drive activation, conversion, and retention while influencing the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale primary growth channels including paid digital campaigns, influencer and creator partnerships, SEO, and viral launches.
• Analyze acquisition channels and user behavior to understand drivers of activation, conversion, and retention in the SMB segment.
• Collaborate on the product roadmap based on data-driven insights.
• Manage and optimize self-serve funnels including signup, onboarding, activation, and conversion to paid.
