About the role
The Head of Operational Integration will lead the post-acquisition integration and value creation process for industrial distribution businesses acquired by Andercore. You will be responsible for diagnosing operational performance, implementing value-creation levers, and establishing a repeatable integration playbook while working directly with the management teams of acquired entities. This role focuses on driving measurable financial impact and operational improvements rather than traditional M&A or project management office functions.
Responsibilities
- Establish a unified reporting framework and financial baseline for all acquired entities from day one.
- Conduct on-the-ground operational diagnostics to validate integration theses and identify improvement opportunities.
- Execute value-creation levers including procurement, pricing, sales productivity, and back-office automation.
- Manage relationships with owner-managers of acquired businesses to drive performance without formal authority.
- Codify integration processes into a repeatable playbook and build a team to manage multiple integrations in parallel.
