Senior Manager - Finance Integration

About the role

The Senior Manager for Finance Integration will play a central role in building the group-wide finance function. You will coordinate finance projects, manage the integration of new subsidiaries, and harmonize processes to create a scalable finance platform. Reporting to the VP Finance Operations, you will work closely with the CFO and subsidiary management to drive finance transformation and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial integration of new subsidiaries from planning to implementation.
• Support new entities in adopting group-wide finance processes, standards, and systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance projects and transformation initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
• Act as a central interface between Group Accounting, Group Controlling, and local finance teams.
• Prepare and communicate project progress, risks, and decision requirements to stakeholders.
