This role focuses on supporting Blue Yonder Planning solutions within enterprise supply planning. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Consulting, and Cloud services to provide technical and non-technical support during the steady state period. Responsibilities include primary user support, system verification, and maintaining data integrity.

• Provide primary user support for enterprise supply planning solutions

• Verify that the system provides required business functions

• Participate in 24x7 or weekend coverage as required
