About the role

This role is responsible for shaping the data-driven transformation of an international service group. You will establish data management and AI strategies, oversee the central data warehouse, and implement innovation processes across all business units. The position involves building cross-functional communities and driving the adoption of data-based decision-making from the executive level down to the departments.

Responsibilities

• Establish data roles and responsibilities across all business units.
• Expand the central data warehouse into a reliable corporate data source.
• Contribute to data and AI strategy and associated governance.
• Execute proof of concepts and pilot projects and transition successful ones into production.
• Develop a structured innovation process and prioritize data and AI use cases.
• Manage strategic partnerships and develop the IT services organization.
• Lead cross-divisional communities of practice for data and AI.
• Provide training on data and AI topics across the organization.
