About the role

The Senior Cloud Architect will shape the cloud platform of an international corporate group by developing cloud architecture and governance. This role involves driving cloud migration and transformation projects while ensuring technical excellence in security, scalability, and cost-efficiency. The architect will act as a technical partner for various departments to guide architectural decisions and establish cloud standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve cloud architecture and governance for an international Azure platform.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
• Evaluate new technologies and architecture patterns for scalability, security, and economic viability.
• Lead cloud migration and transformation projects from strategic planning to execution.
• Establish best practices for security, compliance, and identity management.
• Develop standards, operational concepts, and automation approaches for efficient cloud operations.
