About the role
The Developer Experience team at Fractile is responsible for shaping how customers interact with the company's inference accelerator. You will identify, design, and deliver tooling that helps engineers optimize performance while ensuring a shallow learning curve and minimal disruption to existing workflows. This role sits within the Software organization, which develops the full stack for Fractile's AI inference systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify and design tooling opportunities to improve developer experience for inference hardware.
- Develop functional and easy-to-use tools that integrate into existing LLM engineer workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to understand system usage and performance needs.
- Monitor and optimize code and LLM deployments to ensure efficient system usage.
