The role involves managing customer interactions, vehicle intake, and coordinating repair processes between clients and the workshop team. Responsibilities

• Personal support and consultation for customers
• Vehicle intake and return processes
• Conducting dialogue reception and identifying repair needs
• Providing technical advice to customers
• Creating detailed workshop orders
• Selling service packages and vehicle accessories
• Planning and managing repair orders
• Handling invoicing and complaint management

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial training in the automotive sector
