About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking an HR Generalist to support its growing EMEA organization. This early-career role involves managing day-to-day HR administration, including benefits, employment documentation, and onboarding, while contributing to company culture and community building.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, serving as the first point of contact for employee questions.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation workflows, and free up time for high-impact work.
  • Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update employee data in Workday to ensure records are accurate and compliant.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region.
  • Plan and execute team events, office activations, and company-wide culture initiatives.
  • Drive culture projects and help build a strong sense of community across a distributed team.
  • Partner with the global People team to roll out programs and initiatives with regional context.
