Lead Product Designer - Agentic AI

About the role

You will lead the design of agentic AI experiences to help customers plan their business, defining new interaction modalities for the AI era. You will build a design vision, lead a team of designers, and collaborate with Product Managers to research user needs and create world-class end-to-end user experiences. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the global design culture at Pigment and introducing new methodologies to the product team.

Responsibilities

• Lead an end-to-end design process from problem definition to production delivery
• Conduct exploratory research, create user journey maps, identify insights to inform your team’s scope and make better design decisions
• Turn complicated and technical requirements into easy to follow user-centered stories
• Conceptualize and design innovative solutions
• Develop highly functional user experience and stunning user interfaces
• Conduct usability testing to learn from our users and build stronger design solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers to build a user-centric product roadmap
• Advocate for design best practices across the organization
• Ensure excellent design quality in everything your team is delivering
• Mentor and provide guidance to the designers working with you in your team’s scope
• Identify new opportunities, lead your own initiatives to positively impact the Pigment platform and organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex B2B software
• Experience designing agentic AI experiences
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing and leading the creation of innovative user-centric experiences
