Product Designer, Enterprise

About the role

Synthesia is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer to own the end-to-end enterprise surface, focusing on workspace governance, content lifecycle, and analytics. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, setting design direction and influencing product roadmaps to ensure enterprise-grade control and transparency. This role involves partnering closely with engineering to solve complex system-level design challenges that support large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes.
• Design complex governance and compliance systems, including permission models and audit log experiences.
• Develop fluency in technical architectures such as APIs, SSO, and SCIM to inform design decisions.
• Drive pragmatic iteration by scoping ruthlessly and building proofs of concept to gather early signal.
• Set a design vision for the Enterprise surface to ensure a consistent mental model across all product areas.
